OVERVIEW

 

The Steering Committee (SC) membership has been designed to represent each of the “historic” RSA Regions for a total population of 17.  A simple majority of members are those individuals who are appointed to their respective state SRC, while the minority population is comprised of staff who work specifically for their Council. 

The SC was created to assure the organizational development and direction of the NCSRC.

As of April 2011, NCSRC officers include the following: Marlene Malloy - Chair (Michigan General Staff); Sherry Taylor – Vice Chair (West Virginia General Staff); Theresa Hamrick – Secretary (Oklahoma General Staff); and (Vacant) – Treasurer.  

As of July 2011, the NCSRC “at large” members are:  Joan Holleran (New Hampshire VR); Rhoda Hunter (Oregon General Staff); Gwendolyn Powell (U.S. Virgin Islands Rehabilitation Council Member); Linda Shepard (Georgia Combined Chair); Graham Sisson (Alabama VR); Karen Stanfill (Texas Combined Member); and Linda Vegoe (Wisconsin General Member).
