More information about the Modules

The objective of the SRC Online Tutorial Series is to provide access to information for all SRC members that can empower the members, in partnership with State VR agencies, to advocate for improvements in the VR program in order to enhance opportunities for high quality employment for individuals with disabilities.

The SRC Training Series is intended for self-directed use by individual SRC members, but can also be used in conjunction with SRC meetings or training sessions to augment presentations, videos, and group discussions. To address the learning needs of rotating SRC members, the Training Series will serve as a mechanism for ongoing training. The development of the Series will be accomplished in three distinct "phases".

Series One: Overview and Philosophy

Modification of existing SRC training modules for online self-directed use:

• History of V.R.
• Overview of the Rehabilitation Act
• V.R. Principles & Policies
• The role of the SRC

Series Two: State Plan

Development of new training module(s) relating to the State Plan:

• The Statutory Basis of the State Plan
• Purpose of the State Plan
• Development of the State Plan

Series Three: Operationalizing the State Plan

Creation of new training modules:

• Assessment
• Development of VR Goals
• Program Evaluation and Reporting
• SRC Infrastructure

To register/login to the SRC Online Training Modules:

• Go to:  www.eRehab.org
• Click on “National Training Series”
• Click on “SRC Online Training Series”
• If you don't have an account, click to register  

Username:   (this will be your e-mail address)

Password:    (create your own)

(Fill in the remaining information requested)

• Click LOGIN
• After Login, begin by launching the “Introduction Module”

More information about the Modules:

• Interactive and Text Only versions are available for each Module.
  
• A Screen Reader Friendly Module List is available on the List of Modules page.
  
• Quizzes are optional at the end of each Module.  To bypass the quizzes, click the X in the upper right corner of the Quiz window to return to the main menu of options.
  
• Certification will be available once you complete all modules and corresponding quizzes.
